一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)
本專(zhuān)業(yè)以國(guó)際經(jīng)貿(mào)談判和國(guó)際爭(zhēng)端解決人才需求為導(dǎo)向,旨在培養(yǎng)品學(xué)兼優(yōu)、具有扎實(shí)的國(guó)際法和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)和知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、突出的外語(yǔ)溝通能力的法商復(fù)合型高級(jí)人才,以及能夠適應(yīng)國(guó)際組織、政府部門(mén)、跨國(guó)公司、中介服務(wù)組織等急需的應(yīng)用型專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。
二、學(xué)制
本專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)制為2.5年。在規(guī)定時(shí)期完成課程學(xué)習(xí),但未完成學(xué)位論文者,可申請(qǐng)延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)年限,累計(jì)延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)年限一般不超過(guò)二年。

四、課程設(shè)置與學(xué)分要求
本專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士研究生在攻讀碩士學(xué)位期間應(yīng)修滿(mǎn)34學(xué)分,其中公共課7學(xué)分,學(xué)位基礎(chǔ)課16學(xué)分,專(zhuān)業(yè)選修課6學(xué)分,跨專(zhuān)業(yè)選修2學(xué)分,名師講座2學(xué)分,社會(huì)實(shí)踐1學(xué)分。具體課程安排和學(xué)分見(jiàn)附表。
五、科研能力和社會(huì)實(shí)踐要求
為養(yǎng)成和具備較強(qiáng)的理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的能力,本專(zhuān)業(yè)研究生在讀期間須積極參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐,通過(guò)社會(huì)實(shí)踐培養(yǎng)運(yùn)用專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)分析和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力,從而進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)理論知識(shí)水平,并增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力,其考核可以采取撰寫(xiě)社會(huì)實(shí)踐報(bào)告、疑難案例與現(xiàn)實(shí)熱點(diǎn)法律問(wèn)題分析等多種方式。具體要求參見(jiàn)《上海對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)研究生培養(yǎng)管理辦法實(shí)施細(xì)則》和《上海對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)貿(mào)易談判學(xué)院碩士研究生社會(huì)實(shí)踐實(shí)施辦法》。實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐原則上從第四學(xué)期開(kāi)始(出國(guó)留學(xué)除外)。
為了提高研究生學(xué)術(shù)科研能力,發(fā)揮研究生導(dǎo)師的研究指導(dǎo)作用,研究生在校期間必須在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,從事科學(xué)研究,提高學(xué)術(shù)素養(yǎng)。鼓勵(lì)研究生在校期間積極參加導(dǎo)師主持的科研項(xiàng)目,參加校內(nèi)外相關(guān)的專(zhuān)題講座和學(xué)術(shù)沙龍,提高理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的科研能力。具體科研要求參見(jiàn)《上海對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)研究生教育管理辦法》和《上海對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)研究生培養(yǎng)管理辦法實(shí)施細(xì)則》。
六、培養(yǎng)方式與成績(jī)考核
本專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)位基礎(chǔ)課與專(zhuān)業(yè)選修課主要采用專(zhuān)題研究的方式,基本教學(xué)方法為老師重點(diǎn)講授與學(xué)生積極參與討論相結(jié)合,對(duì)學(xué)生的日常培養(yǎng)和訓(xùn)練采取導(dǎo)師負(fù)責(zé)制。
七、學(xué)位論文
本專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士研究生的學(xué)位論文開(kāi)題報(bào)告應(yīng)在第四學(xué)期初完成,由本學(xué)科碩士生指導(dǎo)小組組織進(jìn)行。學(xué)位論文的寫(xiě)作要求見(jiàn)《上海對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文內(nèi)容和格式要求(2020年修訂)》。

Schooloffering the program: School of Trade Negotiations
I.Objectives
Theteaching for this major aims at cultivating senior inter-disciplinaryprofessionals in international law and business who are excellent inboth moral and academic performances, with solid foundation andknowledge structure in international law and economics and well up incommunicating in foreign languages. This major focuses on cultivatingabilities of international trade negotiations and internationaldispute resolution, and bringing up much-needed application-orientedprofessionals adapt to international organizations, governments,multinational corporations and intermediary service organizations,etc.
II.Length of schooling
Theduration of the study is two and a half years. Students who areunable to complete degree thesis within stipulated period of time areallowed to apply for duration extension. However, the accumulatedextension of the length of program should not exceed two years.

IV.Credits requirements and courses
Studentsare required to obtain 34 credits throughout the program, whichincludes 7 common required courses credits, 16 required coursescredits, 6 credits for selective courses, 2 credits forcross-specialty course, 2 credits for lectures and 1 credit fromsocial practice. V.Social practice and research
Forpurposes of developing the ability to combine theory and practice,students are required to participate in social practices so as tocultivate the skills to apply professional knowledge and solve thepractical issues. Subsequently, students can enhance theirtheoretical achievement and improve their competitiveness in the jobmarket. The assessment of such skills may take the form of socialpractice report, the analysis report on challenging cases and heatedlegal issues, etc. Specific requirements refer to DetailedRules for the Implementation of the Management Measures forPostgraduate Training of SUIBE and Implementation Methods of SocialPractice for Postgraduates of SUIBE Trade Negotiation School.Internship should start from the fourth semester in principle(studying abroad excluded).
Inorder to improve the academic research ability of graduate studentsand give full play to the research guidance role of graduatestudents' supervisors, graduate students must engage in scientificresearch under the guidance of their supervisors and improve theiracademic accomplishment.Encouragingstudents to actively participate in scientific research projectschaired by supervisors during school, participate in relevantlectures and academic salons on and off campus, and improve thescientific research ability combining theory and practice. VI.The mode of training and assessment
Thecourses are divided into basic and selective courses for graduatestudents and mainly adopt the way of topical research. All coursesare delivered by lecture, discussion and seminar. The teaching methodconnects a focus on the teaching with interaction among the students.A supervisor will be appointed to responsible for regular Teachingand education of the students.
VII.Dissertation
Studentsmust complete their thesis proposals at the beginning of the fourthsemester. Relative work should be organized by post-graduatesupervising group. Please refer to TheRequirements for the Format of Degree Thesis of the SUIBE (revised in2020) for detailed information.
