一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)
以法學(xué)學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ)，發(fā)揮上海的地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)，培養(yǎng)具備良好的基本素質(zhì)和專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)、具有國(guó)際視野和良好的法律職業(yè)操守、精通商事金融等領(lǐng)域知識(shí)，系統(tǒng)掌握法律專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的，具有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)思維的高層次法商融合型、應(yīng)用型法律人才。
二、學(xué)制
采用全日制學(xué)習(xí)方式，學(xué)制為3年。
在規(guī)定時(shí)期完成課程學(xué)習(xí)，但未完成學(xué)位論文者，可申請(qǐng)延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)年限，延長(zhǎng)的學(xué)習(xí)年限累計(jì)不超過(guò)2年。
三、專(zhuān)業(yè)方向
法律碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)通過(guò)法律實(shí)務(wù)選修課方式確定法律實(shí)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的不同專(zhuān)業(yè)方向。具體見(jiàn)附表。
法律實(shí)務(wù)的專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域方向，按照法律職業(yè)和相關(guān)行業(yè)法律實(shí)踐的需求設(shè)置，是為了法律碩士研究生熟練掌握某個(gè)專(zhuān)門(mén)法律領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)和職業(yè)技能，具備和強(qiáng)化在特定行業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的法律實(shí)務(wù)能力。四、課程設(shè)置與學(xué)分要求
法律碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位研究生畢業(yè)并獲得學(xué)位，總學(xué)分不低于71學(xué)分。（該總學(xué)分不包括學(xué)位論文的5學(xué)分。）
課程設(shè)置及學(xué)分：學(xué)位基礎(chǔ)課程33學(xué)分，選修課程21學(xué)分，實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練課程15學(xué)分，學(xué)位論文5學(xué)分，名師講座2學(xué)分。具體見(jiàn)附表。
五、培養(yǎng)方式
采取本校具有實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師和校外實(shí)務(wù)導(dǎo)師共同指導(dǎo)的“雙導(dǎo)師制”。
法律實(shí)務(wù)方面的專(zhuān)業(yè)方向課程、法律實(shí)務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)選修課程、法律實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練課程，由具有教學(xué)能力的法律職業(yè)人士/本校具有實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師擔(dān)任。
法律專(zhuān)業(yè)課程不少于四分之一的案例教學(xué)內(nèi)容。所有課程教學(xué)注重教材或教學(xué)資料的課外閱讀（課前預(yù)習(xí)和課后練習(xí)）。
采用多途徑的課堂教學(xué)和實(shí)踐教學(xué)相結(jié)合的培養(yǎng)方式，著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生符合法治發(fā)展方向、適應(yīng)法律職業(yè)需求并且經(jīng)過(guò)強(qiáng)化的實(shí)踐能力。實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐原則上從第四學(xué)期開(kāi)始，如在第四學(xué)期之前完成論文初稿并經(jīng)過(guò)導(dǎo)師同意的，可以提前實(shí)習(xí)。
六、科研要求
在校期間應(yīng)當(dāng)積極參加校內(nèi)外導(dǎo)師主持的科研項(xiàng)目、法律實(shí)務(wù)研究項(xiàng)目，參加校內(nèi)外相關(guān)的專(zhuān)題講座和學(xué)術(shù)沙龍，提高理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的實(shí)務(wù)與應(yīng)用能力。具體科研要求參見(jiàn)《上海對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)研究生教育管理辦法》及《上海對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)研究生培養(yǎng)管理辦法實(shí)施細(xì)則》。
七、學(xué)位論文與學(xué)位授予
學(xué)位論文需貫徹理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則，以法律實(shí)務(wù)研究為主要內(nèi)容、突出問(wèn)題意識(shí)，形式上主要為專(zhuān)題研究、調(diào)研報(bào)告、案例分析等。
學(xué)位論文一般不少于2萬(wàn)字。學(xué)位論文的具體寫(xiě)作要求參見(jiàn)《上海市法律碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位論文基本要求和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系（試行）》。
修滿(mǎn)規(guī)定的學(xué)分且各課程考試合格者可參加學(xué)位論文答辯。通過(guò)學(xué)位論文答辯者，授予法律碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位，并頒發(fā)學(xué)位證書(shū)。

TheTeaching Plan for 2021 Full-time Jurist Master
(Non-LawMajor)

I.Cultivation Objectives
Byrelying on the disciplinary resource of subjects of science of lawand utilizing the geographic advantage of Shanghai, we aim atcultivating high-level, practice-oriented professionals who willharbor professional ethics and a good command of global financialpractice and legal expertise, full of ideas of innovation, and ableto master the knowledge of both law and commerce.
II.Cultivation Duration
Wecarry out full-time learning, and the duration is two year and ahalf.
Studentswho complete the prescribed courses but do not complete thedissertation may apply for an extension of the learning period. Themaxim extension period is two years.
III.Specialty Directions
JurisMaster Center has set up selective specialty courses, as listed inthe Annex, for postgraduates to choose.
Thespecialty courses are established by virtue of the market needs oflegal profession and related trades with the goal of strengtheningpostgraduates’ law practicing ability and mastery of knowledge andprofessional skills in specific areas of law.
IV.Curriculum and credits
JMStudents must obtain no less than 73 credits to be eligible forgraduation and diploma.
73credits consist of 6 credits for commonrequired courses, 32 credits for degree course, 13 credits forselectivecourses, 8 credits for law-practicing courses, and 5 credits fordissertation. The Detailed explanationis set out in the Annex.
V.Cultivation Method
Two-trackmentor system which consists of on-campus professors with practicalexperience and off-campus mentors with practical expertise is appliedto postgraduates immediately after their enrollment.
Eachspecialty selective course will be taught by committee consists ofon-campus professors with practical experience and off-campus mentorswith practical expertise and is responsible for designing anddirecting the curriculum teaching and management, and professioncultivation of postgraduates.
Thespecialty courses and practices courses are undertaken by competentoff-campus legal professionals and/or on-campus professors withpractical experience.
Atleast 1/4 of each legal course shall be case study. Student’soff-class reading, both prior to and after class, of textbook andteaching materials shall be prompted in teaching.
Thefocal point of our education is to cultivate talents is compatiblewith development of rules of law and market demand for legalprofessional, and possess strengthened law-practicing ability andskill.
VI.Requirements for Academic Achievements
Forthe purposes of fostering academic research skills of combiningtheory with practice, the student in this major should activelyparticipate in various research projects guided by supervisors of thelaw school, as well as lectures and academic seminar.
VII.Dissertation and Award of Degree
Thesisshall research on practical issues, following a question orientsapproach and combining theory with practice. Thesis should take theform of case study, research report, or case analysis.
Themain body of the thesis should be no less than 20,000 words. Forspecific requirements for the thesis, please see the Thesis FormatRequirements of the Shanghai University of International Business andEconomics for Master Degree Students (Draft).
Thestudents who secure the required credits and pass all theexaminations may proceed with oral defense for thesis. Once passedthe oral defense, the students will be awarded the JM Degree.
