Every Party member, irrespective of position, must join a branch, group, or other given unit of the Party; participate in regular activities of the Party organization, and accept the oversight of the people both within and outside the Party. Party members in positionsof leadership must attend meetings held by their respective Party committees or leading Party members groups. There shall be no special Party members exempted from participation in the regular activities of the Party organization or from the oversight of the people within and outside the Party.
每個(gè)黨員，不論職務(wù)高低，都必須編入黨的一個(gè)支部、小組或其他特定組織，參加黨的組織生活，接受黨內(nèi)外群眾的監(jiān)督。黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部還必須參加黨委、黨組的民主生活會(huì)。不允許有任何不參加黨的組織生活、不接受黨內(nèi)外群眾監(jiān)督的特殊黨員。

How are leading bodies of the
Party generated?
Leading bodies of the Party at all levels, with the exception of their dispatched representative organs and the leading Party members groups in non-Party organizations, are generated by election.
黨的各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)，除它們派出的代表機(jī)關(guān)和在非黨組織中的黨組外，都由選舉產(chǎn)生。

the highest leading bodies
of the Party
The highest leading bodies of the Party are the National Congress and the Central Committee which it elects. The Party's local leading bodies are the Party congresses at each level and the Party committees which they elect. Party committees are responsible and shall report their work to the Party congress at the same level.
黨的最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)，是黨的全國(guó)代表大會(huì)和它所產(chǎn)生的中央委員會(huì)。黨的地方各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)，是黨的地方各級(jí)代表大會(huì)和它們所產(chǎn)生的委員會(huì)。黨的各級(jí)委員會(huì)向同級(jí)的代表大會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)并報(bào)告工作。

Four Principles of Deference
Individual Party members defer to Party organizations, the minority defers to the majority, lower-level Party organizations defer to higher-level Party organizations, and all organizations and members of the Party defer to the National Congress and the Central Committee of the Party.
黨員個(gè)人服從黨的組織，少數(shù)服從多數(shù)，下級(jí)組織服從上級(jí)組織，全黨各個(gè)組織和全體黨員服從黨的全國(guó)代表大會(huì)和中央委員會(huì)。

黨員除名
removal of Party membership
A Party member who, without good reason, fails to take part in the regular activities of his or her Party organization, pay membership dues, or carry out work assigned by the Party for six consecutive months shall be regarded as having given up his or her membership. The Party branch concerned should, through a general meeting, decide on the removal of their name from the Party rolls and report it to the Party organization at the next level up for approval.
黨員如果沒(méi)有正當(dāng)理由，連續(xù)六個(gè)月不參加黨的組織生活，或不交納黨費(fèi)，或不做黨所分配的工作，就被認(rèn)為是自行脫黨。支部大會(huì)應(yīng)當(dāng)決定把這樣的黨員除名，并報(bào)上級(jí)黨組織批準(zhǔn)。
